Terms of Service

License

When you buy CleanMyMacKeyboard, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on up to 3 Macs that you personally own. The license is for personal and small-business use; volume licensing is available — email us.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record. Refund requests are handled under their standard refund policy — email steven.gustavo.lara@gmail.com with your order number and we'll forward your request.

Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We've tested it on every Mac we own, but software has bugs — use at your own risk. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for your license.

Updates

We ship updates via Sparkle. All future updates to the major version you bought are free. We reserve the right to release future major versions as paid upgrades with at least 60 days' notice.

Termination

You can stop using the app and request a refund within the refund window. We may revoke a license if it's used in violation of these terms (resale, redistribution, license-key sharing).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer resides. Lemon Squeezy handles tax and consumer-protection obligations as the merchant of record.
